- I think this is reasonable. However, when I suggested this on CIX a lot of
- people got upset. Let's have CTRL+U as Close Window and with Shift Close
- All Windows (a sort of hide app).

- I take your point, but I think that unless an operation is very dangerous
- then Return should be OK and Undo should be cancel. People are getting
- used to hitting Undo when they are not sure what's going to happen next.
